E3 - Out of State Training Waiver Application

  1. Complete and submit this Out of State Training Requirement Waiver Application.
    • Upload an image of your approval letter from the Nevada State Board of Nursing (NSBN).
  2. Once approved, you will receive an email with your Username and Temporary Password to sign in to your TMU© account.
  3.  Please refer to the D&SDT-Headmaster's Nevada web page and the Nevada Candidate Handbookfound at www.hdmaster.com for instructions on Completing your Account and other important testing policies and updates.
